What is Our Purpose?

What is our purpose in life?  We think of this answer only within the temporal world.  We use some kind of religion or spiritual form to help us alone, but we still live in this finite existence.  This allows us to make roadblocks more real than they actually are — which is smaller than this temporal existence.

Misguided religious teachings believe we should focus outside the limited world.  I am starting to believe we should embrace all aspects of life.  The infinity is without our hearts.  That is what I believe is as nearly every religion teaches — everlasting life.

Gnosticism (from Ancient Greek: γνωστικός, romanizedgnōstikósKoine Greek: [ɣnostiˈkos], 'having knowledge') is a collection of religious ideas and systems which originated in the late 1st century CE among Jewish and early Christian sects.[1] These various groups emphasised personal spiritual knowledge (gnosis) over the orthodox teachings, traditions, and authority of the church. The trouble with humanity is the last part of this meaning "authority."  During the Middle Ages/Dark Ages millions of people were murdered (innocent or not) by these authorities.  Few can lead, and we have seen by corruption, man can follow — blindly.

He is perhaps best known for the remark, "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men...", which he made in a letter to an Anglican bishop.[4] (https://www.wikiwand.com/en/John_Dalberg-Acton,_1st_Baron_Acton)

In our lives, we nearly murder our souls over the power of the elite.  This where I believe Stolic comes in.  I am starting to learn this philosophy, but what I have immediately seen in myself — the definition of truth.  NOTE: it is not any form of absolute.  When we find things within, it is not the same thing as absolutes.  Instead, it is the direction we are going.  As things change, our walk and direction will change along the way.

Our purpose is an ongoing thing — something we have to decide.  Think of our purpose like playing a solitary game that the rules only apply to us and by us.  What tools we may use like astrology, numerology, tarot cards, and other forms of religion/philosophy, it all up to us to make every decision.  That makes our lives more than temporal even though we live in a temporal world that changes differently for each of us with chaos and corruption with the leaders all around.
